I am so pleased with the illustrations we chose to dawn the front and rear of the book – both the sleeve as well as the case. For the front sleeve of the book we selected a painting by  Andre Hemer of New Zealand, entitled, ‘New Smart Object No.64′. The rear of the sleeve is occupied by a painting by Norwegian Tonje Moe, entitled, ‘Freedom in a Box’. On the case of the book Australian Marc Freeman  is placed on both the front and back with his works, entitled, ‘Composition No. 4′ (front) and ‘Composition No. 2′ (rear).

Each of these paintings, in their own right, will undoubtely take on a new life and become  an identifying feature of the book. ’100 Painters of Tomorrow’ is not only a  catalogue  of 100 very talented artists – it also displays the work of these artists in a very picturesque and aesthetically pleasing manner. Beyond the text (although important) the imagery selected, and its accompanying arrangement, remains a feast for the eyes throughout.
